RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts for 14 business days. If more than 14 business days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

  • Products purchased from the e-store can be returned within 14 business days if they are unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • If the jewelry was custom-made or clearly tailored to your specifications, this policy does not apply, and such items are non-refundable.

Return Procedure:

  • To initiate the return process, please send us an email at info@sarunevaitkute.com. We will send you a return form to fill out.

  • Place the completed form in the package along with the returned item and send it to the following address: T. Ševčenkos g. 16i - 312, Vilnius 03111, Lithuania.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email regarding the status of your return.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 - 20 business days.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

  • Items with obvious signs of use, damaged original packaging, or without proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. These costs are non-refundable.

  • If you are returning an item worth over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your shipment.
