Terms and Conditions

  1. General Provisions

1.1. These electronic store rules (hereinafter - the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter - the Seller), which sets out the rights and obligations of the Parties.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, correct or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer is informed about changes to the Rules on the online store's website.

  1. Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement

2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for goods in the online store, after having familiarized themselves with these Rules.

  1. Seller's Rights

3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.

3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability, and security of the online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the online store without prior notice.

  1. Seller's Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the opportunity to use the services of the online store, the operating conditions of which are determined by these Rules.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer by the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, based on the conditions set by these purchase-sale Rules.

4.3. If due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver the goods ordered in the online store, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement by informing the Buyer in advance. The Seller may offer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to return the paid money within 3 business days.

4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right specified in clause 5.2 of the Rules, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid by the Buyer within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

4.5. The Seller may not return the amount of money paid by the Buyer until the goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent to the Seller, whichever occurs first.

  1. Buyer's Rights

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules.

5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods purchase-sale agreement concluded in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.

5.3. The Buyer can exercise the right specified in clause 5.2 only if the goods have not been damaged or their appearance has not fundamentally changed, and the goods have not been used.

  1. Buyer's Obligations

6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods at the time of delivery without significant reasons, the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods at the Seller's request.

6.3. At the time of delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment and the goods together with the Seller or the person who delivered the shipment.

6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms that they agree with these purchase-sale Rules and must comply with them.

  1. Product Prices

7.1. The prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Upon confirming the order, the total amount of the goods is added to the delivery fee, if applicable.

  1. Ordering and Payment for Goods

8.1. The Buyer, visiting the online store, selects the goods they like and places them in the shopping cart. After forming the shopping cart, the Buyer enters personal data necessary for the order fulfillment: their name, surname, address where the goods will be delivered, phone number, and additional information that may be important for the delivery of the ordered goods. The Buyer confirms that they have familiarized themselves with these Rules and confirms the order.

8.2. Payment can be made using the electronic banking services of Swed, Seb, Luminor banks, and Visa/MasterCard payment cards. Payments are possible in euros. Payments are processed using the payment platform.

  1. Delivery of Goods

9.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must indicate the exact address for the delivery of the goods.

9.2. The Buyer must accept the goods themselves. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods themselves, but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims regarding the goods delivered to the wrong person.

9.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer according to the terms specified in the product descriptions.

9.4. The characteristics of all sold goods are indicated in the description of each product. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape, or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the real size, shape, and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the Buyer's monitor.

9.5. If the Buyer withdraws from the goods purchase-sale agreement, the Buyer will be refunded all amounts paid, including the delivery costs paid by the Buyer.

  1. Final Provisions

10.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. These Rules and the relations between the Parties regarding these Rules are governed and interpreted based on the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.3. All disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.4. The Parties are released from obligations under these Rules if they cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances (Force Majeure).
