Delivery Policy

  1. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.

  2. The Buyer must personally accept the goods. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods personally but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims regarding the delivery of goods to the wrong person.

  3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer within 1–3 business days. These timeframes are approximate and do not apply in cases where the Seller’s stock lacks the required goods, and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of their ordered items. By agreeing to these Terms, the Buyer acknowledges that in exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.   4. Delivery is FREE within the territory of Lithuania.

  5. Delivery to other EU countries is PAID. Shipping to non-EU countries is also paid and is only available after contacting the administration.

  6. Delivery is PAID using one of the following selected methods:

    1. via LP Express parcel service;
    2. via DPD parcel service;
    3. via Omniva parcel service;
    4. via BUS shipment.

  7. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer on time due to the fault of third parties unrelated to the Seller or due to circumstances dependent on the Buyer.

  8. The characteristics of all sold goods are indicated in the description of each product.
